Production partners and subrentals

A specialist production partner who respects the handoff

Operated Funktion-One systems, specialist projection support, subrental, engineering, and production collaboration for agencies, venues, touring teams, and production companies.

Discuss your production

The production plan should follow the audience, program, venue, and operating conditions. Violet Vibration combines specialist sound, projection, immersive systems, equipment, and coordination without assuming every event needs every discipline.

We begin by identifying the experience, the non-negotiable program needs, the physical constraints, and the people responsible for each decision. That advance work turns creative ideas into equipment, labor, schedule, infrastructure, safety, and contingency requirements the whole team can understand.

01

Advance and design

Provide program, run of show, venue information, audience layout, technical riders, stage or scenic plan, visual content, existing equipment, vendor contacts, power, rigging, access, noise restrictions, schedule, and budget context. We identify dependencies and unanswered questions before finalizing scope.

02

Load-in and rehearsal

Crew calls are built from access, equipment, system complexity, venue rules, local labor, safety, alignment, content testing, changeovers, and rehearsal. A compressed schedule must be reflected in design and staffing rather than left as a show-day surprise.

03

Show operations

Named ownership, communications, cue structure, artist or speaker support, playback, changeovers, audience safety, level management, troubleshooting, and decision authority keep the production coherent when timing changes.

04

Closeout and continuity

Strike, load-out, equipment accountability, condition checks, media handoff, incident notes, collaborator credits, and post-event review protect future work. Repeat events benefit from documented lessons rather than starting from memory.

Useful answers

Frequently asked questions

Can Violet Vibration provide only one production department?

Yes. We can own a specialist scope such as an operated sound system or projection mapping, or coordinate multiple departments when the responsibilities are explicit.

Can you work with our existing production company or venue team?

Yes. We value clear technical contacts, advance documents, manifest boundaries, schedules, and handoff responsibilities.

What should we send with an inquiry?

Send date, venue or city, audience, event format, schedule, creative goals, known equipment, required services, site information, and budget context. Unknowns can be labeled as unknown.
